All participants in the protected cells will be Internal Revenue Code § 115 tax-exempt, non-profit public entity pools with similar risk-sharing and risk-control philosophies. Each pool will be required to execute a participation agreement with Saltar SC to join.
The Arizona School Risk Retention Trust, Inc. (the Trust), a property and liability pool based in Phoenix, Arizona, is the sole captive sponsor.
